My go to Starbucks, it's on the shopping center, sits back from the street so less crowded.

This is the only starbucks you can accidentally ask for a 'white chocolate latte' without getting confused puppy looks and a damn lecture about the menu. High level baristas up in here.

Has a very very busy morning drive thru, only one entrance/exit, hard to drive in and out. I recommend mobile ordering, park across the street and pick up. Inside was not busy at all.

Only drive thru around. Even when it looks packed, the line moves very smooth and quick. 👍 to all the employees.

The young man waiting on me was so nice & helpful being I'm not used to ordering those specialty drinking. I will definitely go back.

Long lines, limited staff. I left my wife in the drive through 5 cars back and I went inside and ordered my drink just to see who's came out faster. Mine did and then I walked outside and walk through the drive-thru line to go back into my car and they yelled at me. Then when we finally got to the drive-thru window for her drink they gave it to her for free. You may think this was an isolated incident but it's like this every day. Sometimes I drive all the way to San Marcos for a faster service and to be treated with a little more respect. Be careful going here. It all depends on who's working. Inconsistent service level is an understatement.

Small, but the service was awesome. There were a few customers that had issues with their order. All of the employees looked like they were interested in resolving the problem which deflated, what look like could be, an irate customer. I always like to see good examples of customer service. Removing one star for the size; it's rather small.

Additionally, if you're from out of town or traveling at night, this area is a bit shady and filled with a number of vagrants. Be sure to take care.

Before I only thought of Starbucks as a place to get drinks, coffee, smoothies, teas, refreshing drinks. There is so much more to this awesome place. First, the Batista's are the real reason I come back to this location. They are knowledgeable, polite, friendly, extremely helpful. If you want service with a smile, this the place. The food is very good and there is a nice variety.

Terrible service, lines are long because the staff is all just standing around chit chatting not working. When, they are talking to customers they are just doing that talking....nit taking orders, not moving the line along, not driving the business.

3 out of 3 drinks not made properly. Tried to explain how to make the drink and was corrected by staff. Drive thru was slow also...

Excellent staff and quality service, but parking and drive thru is tight and difficult to navigate.
