Omg literary pumpkin spice is th BOMB I drove here after my kids soccer game in my honda oddessy.
This Starbucks is ridiculous! Definitely go somewhere else . . . The first problem was how many time I was Rudly interrupted when trying to order my drinks. When I was finally finished at the menue I went to the window which was wide open. . . Three Starbucks employees stared me down, gave me dirty looks, and rolled there eyes at me while being consumed in making they're own personal drinks not one person said hello or that they'd be right with me instead I was slapped in the face with rude attitude filled looks. Finally I was getting my drinks the first being a Carmel Frappacino with extra Carmel I can understand a little Carmel getting out side of the cup but when he passed the drink thru the window the sides of the cup where drenched with Carmel my hand was dripping Carmel and my atm card I used to pay was painted with Carmel because they decided to be sloppy lazy and unprofessional. Leading to my next cup of coffee yet another Frappacino. . . Was made hot when I asked what it was the guy at the window huffed and puffed under his breath didn't tell me anything about fixing it my bad nothing instead he walked a away.
The last thing I ordered was a pup-a-cino (cup of whip cream) the man at the window handed me my last Frappacino and looked at me suggesting to leave I asked for the 5th time where the pupachino was and he got a cup came back to the fridge by the window and slapp d the cup lid and whip cream and fridge door making such a seance for no reason.
All this to say don't go here there's definitely better places to visit. And I hope karma bites all these workers in the ass
The large staff is always busy so sometimes it seems like you are forgotten. But the manager is great and the quality is typical of the Starbucks brand.
The staff is always friendly. The service inside is usually quick. Unfortunately, the drive through is unpredictable when it comes to speed. I once waited 14 minutes in line at the drive through for a drink I ordered on the mobile app before I got there! They apologized but that was it. The drinks are not as consistently made as they are at other locations. All of this to say, I'll still come here because the staff is nice.
I came here before and some people ahead of me were giving the drive through a hard time and we're holding up the line ... I was impatient not because of the service but because of the inconsiderate person holding up the line but the man and the manager were very apologetic and I really appreciated it and I thought to come back today.
my drink was delicious however I feel like the cashier and the barista could work on there customer service the woman at the register had a attitude and the barista feed off her energy
no eye contact no smiles no nothing.
The man at the drive though sounded very nice and would have loved to interact with him.
This location used to be my favorite in Vista. Due to recent visits, I am recalling my initial review and replacing it with this one. As I frequently as I go to this Starbucks (almost every single day), I'd have to say that I'm extremely disappointed and saddened about the extreme decline in service and products.
For the past three days, this location has been out of the newest Starbucks promotion. I'm finished with this location and slow service for both the walk-in and drive thru at this Starbucks. Disenchanted.
Its a Starbucks. Staff are usually good and friendly but I don't think I've ever seen the same staff member twice. No first will remember your drink here (in comparison with the Vista Panera, where they know my order). Seating is OK although not cosy. Air con is always on too cold in summer.
4 Star Review. Please read. The Staff is experienced and friendly. Dining room is well modeled and can handle large groups. Drive thru, Children welcome Happy Customers Year Round! Including special needs.Service animals welcome. Good and Clean. Have the French-press, Big locals meeting place. Plenty of AC for devices. I've been in Starbucks in 4 cities, this place is Fine.Been attending myself here for 4+ years.
Having been a frequent customer of Starbucks for years, this is undoubtedly the WORST Starbucks I have ever been in. Poor customer service, unfriendly staff, and my order is literally NEVER right. I have had to wait 5-10 minutes past the pick-up time at times for a mobile order. Today's complaint-last straw- was having to wait for my drink to be made while the barista cleaned around the machine with my cup with my mobile order sticker from 10 minutes earlier sitting in front of him. He then made it and then let it sit there while he took an order from the car behind me and made their drink! Then he put the cover on , smirked at me and handed it to me with a rude "Here you go." No eye contact, smile, etc. All things I enjoy from any other Starbucks I've been to. I imagine this sounds bitchy, but this is consistently like this here.
Oh, when I got home I realized I got sweet BBQ chips instead of sweet potatoes. Why am I not surprised?
This is a factory Starbucks... They are pumping out drinks via drive through. Music is never on and ambiance, well like a factory.
