Upon ordering, I was greeted very nicely, excellent customer service. Took my order, however forgot to punch in iced. When given the the order, i was in the process of saying I'll take them hot or pour over ice. Usually they give them free and remake. I didn't want them to do this, however they graciously did. If they would slowed down just a bit, everything would have been fine. Work smarter, not harder;)

5-Stars for getting everything right - from coffee to Latte to Starbucks lemon pound cake. What makes this location exceptional was an incident that happens all the time - usually with unfortunate results. My sister left her purse behind. When we phoned 10 minutes later, Maddie answered and the purse was returned, everything retrieved. An employee had noticed the purse hanging on a chair. We are so pleased with the service and their eagle eye. Kudos to this Starbucks location. Keep up the good work.

Very slow long line to order and line to get drinks. Most starbucks great you when u walk in here they all seemed like they don't like there jobs

Good place to pop in and grab coffee. Restrooms often dirty. People smoking outside a lot. Staff is friendly. Crowd is interesting. Lots of tourists from wine country. Many professionals from Temecula. Fast service. Good people watching local.

i love Starbucks to begin with, but this is an exceptionally good one. the workers are kind, and my drink is complicated, but they did very well making it regardless.

Fast fun and friendly staff. Probably the best Starbucks in Temecula.

Love their passion tea with coconut milk. Staff is friendly, even when they're busy you don't feel rushed and rudeness.

We had great service and a small line. If you need freshly ground Starbucks coffee, they apparently have that too.

Two stars ONLY because of the BLASTED long table. The metal legs are perfect for causing great knee pain. Please just...something different 😫😲😭

It's Starbucks, what is there not to like. Only opportunity is it took a decent amount of time to get my two simple drinks when only one other person was in front of me. Good customer service as usual, would like to see more smiles from the employees at this particular location. I don't come here everyday but those are the only two opportunities that are consistent to my visits at this location.
