Lovely location. Quaint little Old Town area. I am not a Starbucks Lemming, but everyone was very friendly and the place (not typical) was not crowded. Centrally located but parking is a pain. Awesome if you are just walking around the area.

Just like to mention, the seats are filthy need cleaning. Trash all over the floor and it's not busy. Under the display cabinets are trash and dust 1/8th inch thick. Clean the place up. You charge enough to pay someone to clean. Disgusting get your act together.

Very friendly. Somtimes crowded. Descent drinks for a Starbucks. The only things that make this Starbucks somewhat unattractive sometimes are: homeless people sleeping in the cozy chairs in back, and the parking can be challenging sometimes.

Walked in to the cutest Starbucks with the DIRTIEST FILTHIEST bathroom I have ever seen. I can't imagine what the back looked like if the bathroom looked like that. Disgusting.

Best decor of any Starbucks I've been in. Located just across the street from mission

Possibly the worst SBux experience I've had. Went in at 3pm on a Sunday day. Place was packed with people waiting for their drinks and looking impatient. Should have been my queue to walk out. But no... I had to have my coffee.
Staffed by 2 people- 1 at counter (a pleasant young lady) and 1 at bar making drinks (also pleasant but infuriatingly slow as molasses).

I waited 23 minutes for my drink - along with everyone else in the joint- and when I receieved it, it was wrong. Gal in line next to me said, "I work across rhe street and it's always like this. Worst Starbucks ever."

Midway through waiting, we all perked up in line when a gentleman with an apron showed up to help. But 2 problems: he was also exceedingly slow at his job (register and restocking). And one of his co-workers left immediately as he arrived (but not before she brewed herself her OWN coffee in front of her coworkers and the 20 of us waiting to receieve ours!).

I'm an accommodating person and wanted to give the barista the benefit of the doubt but it was hands down the worst trip to a Starbucls ever. If you're heading to SJC or the Mission (across the street), do yourself a favor and use the Starbucks on Ortega Hwy instead.

This store is busy, but those behind the counter remain patient and friendly to their customers. I am in this store a couple times a week, and I am always greeted with a smile.

Update, I just ordered a fruitcake frapachino and it reminds me of childhood nightmares, but go figure, my wife and kids love it.

Love the atmosphere, but don't look up or you'll notice all the dust hanging in the rafters. Needs a thorough cleaning. Same for the glass shield at the coffee bar.

Average tourist stop spot. Really friendly locals. Best of luck finding parking sometimes but otherwise it's nice to get a drink to sip while walking around the main center of the mission town.

Friendly staff my drink was good. Unfortunately the blender that made my drink wasn't rinsed out properly so my friend hated her drink. Make sure they clean it before they make your drink.
