For the life of me I can't understand why Starbucks lets go of 20 good baristas for one bad manager. Hidden Springs Starbucks has been horrible for years and no one seems to care. I took my money elsewhere. And it's not just Hidden Springs I've left several Starbucks because of poor service. Really we pay that kind of money to be miss treated and bad product? No thank you. Corporate needs to be more involved and do spontaneous/ unknown visits. Maybe even act like a customer and see how they get treated.
Usually very good service been a regular for years. Lately service is dependent on who's working, group of young males spends more time laughing and goofing around then working. Had one ask me to shut off vechicle to order, same vechicle for 7 years, maybe he needed to pay attention to his patron and not joking around. Will drive over the overpass to get better service I hope. Somebody needs to monitor consumer complaints and employees service to consumer. Waited one morning this pass week for 12 minutes with two cars, Good coffee but will look elsewhere.
Same as others. Nice staff. Excellent drinks. Quickly made. Visited early evening on a Sun.
Please tell me why we spend almost $6 dollars each drink daily on a product that is not consistently made correctly. It's underfilled, they add ice when you request none, and the management isn't one I would want working for me. If you call the corporate office, nothing changes, all you get is a false apology. Improvements don't happen that a frequent buyer sees. I buy 2 plus drinks daily and let me tell you I'm thinking about completely quit buying this coffee due to it's poor customer service and customer satisfaction support.
It's my morning stop on the way to work. Staff is friendly and they have a nice patio.
Spent $30 on 4 drinks using the mobile app. Went to pick them up - low and behold - they don't have everything needed to make the drinks correctly AGAIN. So, the drinks are already made missing key ingredients and they ask if they are ok with me. I say no but what can I do? She just hands me the drinks and says sorry.
What a shame. Not sure if they keep the drinks listed as available on the mobile app even though they know they aren't able to make them the way you order just so they can keep selling/substituting. Lost a customer today ( and I buy a TON of their coffee for my coworkers).
Atmosphere is great and the batistas always answer all my questions I have about new drinks.
