Jacob makes great drinks and Kelley is a sweetheart! i used to live right next to this location and would visit often. the people still know me, so it is a very welcoming place.

It's my favorite Starbucks in town. The way the employees treat the customers, and with all the regulars, it's like a local cafe, not a chain store.

This is by far my wife's favorite Starbucks, and the one she prefers I get our drinks at. Mobile ordering is great! I order it from my house, drive over pick it up, and return home. My wife gets nice hot coffee (or iced on occasion) and I don't have to wait in line. On the rare occasion there is an issue, they have fixed every error with our orders quickly and politely and have even let me keep the drink if they made it in the wrong size. That's what I call amazing customer service. Props to the whole team here!

I absolutely love Starbucks! This one is amazing, even though my favorite is one I went to once I'm Seoul Korea.

Kelly, Michelle, Jake, John, Lane, and Ericka are awesome people who are genuinely interested in you, the customer 6/5 stars if I could.

I absolutely love this Starbucks! The drinks are always great and the employees are just amazing here! They're a huge part of the reason I love coming back here :) I come in quite often and even if I skip awhile they always remember my name and are just so friendly. Lane is very sweet and always is a pleasure to see, as well as a few others ( I can't think of names sorry, but the ones who know me will know who they are if they see this) - thank you guys! I will continue to keep coming back here! :)

If a negative rating was available they would earn it. Was told she would be right with us, nearly 10 minutes later and I might add we were the only one in line. This store has struggled to have good management and great flow. Always to try to give them another try and it seems the same result. No more

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. REALLY WISH THEY WOULD HAVE THE SQUARE TABLE MARKED AS "HANDICAP SEATING". Because I am in a power wheelchair, and my wheelchair doesn't really fit under the other round tables. IF THEY WOULD MARK THIS TABLE AS A TABLE FOR THE THOSE IN WHEELCHAIRS I WILL GIVE 5 STARS.

THE DO HOWEVER MAKE MY COFFEE PERFECTLY NEVER HAVE TO AS THEM TO REDO THEM.

PLEASE MARK THE SQUARE TABLE BY THE ENTRANCE FOR THOSE IN WHEELCHAIRS. IT WOULD BE SO NICE AND THOUGHTFUL IF YOU DID.

THE BEST STARBUCKS FOR THOSE IN WV I BELIEVE, IS THE ONE BY THE REGAL THEATER. WHEELCHAIR SEATING IS WONDERFUL!!!!!+
