They're always so cheerful and pleasant. LANA is a terrific mgr and the employees really respect and respond to her. Leti, Jenn, Christina , Marcia are all outstanding people

I agree when I read "sugary coffees". They r very sugary! Even the soy milk is vanilla, very sugary. Poor diabetic people!!!
The place is nice and clean. I think they moved their staff around. The new staff is much friendly then before.

We love the baristas!!! Especially our morning chats and hellos with Kym, Lana, Letty, and Jenn!! They are friendly and know our orders when we walk in the door! And they are super nice and friendly and helpful and patient with the kids and and their orders!

Most of the baristas are rude and they snare. This coffee shop is the closest to us but we avoid it as much as we can. They talk about the costumers openly and candidly. There has been a rotation of truly rude kids working there. It has been as long as they have opened. I'm glad to go to the Coffee Bean down the road.

Quick, fast service. However, in the afternoons, if you are looking for a place to study the location has barely any seating.
