Was craving a Chestnut Praline Latte. I drive to Starbucks on N. River and they were closed. It wasn't even 5pm and it states they close at 9:30pm. Really??

Okay. The Starbucks experience has waned over the years. The employees here are very friendly and helpful, but the coffee flavors are all the same now

Not the best service, only go here if you really need coffee and are not in a hurry. This is my first time ever writing a review and it is simply because I am frustrated with this location. I only go here because it is close to my work. This morning they had one girl making all the drinks (which she handled absolutely the best she could) which is crazy because I counted 16 people standing waiting and I know mobile orders were coming through as well (it was 8:20am on a Friday). One girl was making chocolate syrup (why was this not made before opening?) and the Manager was sitting in the corner not helping while she read articles off of an ipad with another female, completely unconcerned while guests were waiting upwards of 10 minutes for their drinks. None of us here at my work even bother going in on a Sunday morning... good luck with THAT madness! I just hope they get more organized as this Starbucks does not resemble what it should in regards to Customer Service or cleanliness.

There is this young southern girl that works in there. Not only only is she beautiful, she is helpful and extremely polite.

Blonde drip was unavailable for my wife and they were not brewing it until we asked them to. They were out of my brrakfsst sandwich and my large macchiato was missing a shot, the largest cost of the drink. The employees were discussing shift changes instead of helping customers. An associate in a red shirt was the bright spot, getting things going but overall it was a rough experience.

Horrible service...My wife & I walked in stood in front of the register (Nobody Else In Line) stood there for 5 minutes without even being acknowledged. 4 employees working & each one of them looked at us & said nothing. We ended up walking away & still nobody said anything!

Third time I get in the car and the drink order is wrong. Not hard no foam, extra hot.

Regular stop when passing between Oceanside to Temecula. Which is daily. My wife and I love the baristas here.

Clean well maintained Starbucks. The issue with this location is the parking lot. Sometime it is a bit difficult making your way through. This Starbucks is a small location with minimal seating making it difficult to go in and out. The set up of the parking lot and the Starbuck's small in and out location doesn't quiet make sense.
