Ordered a chestnut praline latte. This is the featured holiday drink. Can you tell me how a coffee house runs out of whipped cream?? They made it and when we got home to drink it, it was a just a regular coffee. I'm very disappointed. This was the second Starbucks I went to because the one on N. River was closed BEFORE 5PM. DO THEY MAKE THEIR OWN HOURS TOO? For the prices Thu charge, they need to get it together.
I want a refund!!

I ordered a regular coffee an asked for sugar, they told me all the sugar was put out.....3 types of sweetener, and 1 type of raw sugar, no regular sugar....other starbucks have regular sugar. Just saying. Staff was friendly. Christmas music was playing. The place was clean. I ordered a regular coffee, a flavored drink, 2 breakfast sandwhiches, and a dessert. Total wait time was about 10-12 minutes.

I come here often while shopping. Their drinks have varied from some of the worst to some of the best. Service is average.

It's alright. I don't frequent this store but they're all like any other Starbucks store staff and crew.

Amazing simply amazing this young woman made me a custom drink and boy was it the most amazing thing I have ever had! Amazing people and just a good experience

Fast friendly service. I was looking for something new and not coffee, the Batista suggested the Joy Tea. Very wise choice. I come here twice a week and they never miss a beat!

It's a great place to grab a drink and a light bite while you get some work done or just relax and enjoy the calming ambiance

This particular Starbucks location is unique in that it's actually open 24 hours. The lobby closes at 1 am (2 am) on weekends but the drive thru is always up and running.

The reason for the extended hours lay about a mile down the road in the form of Pechanga Casino which, of course, never closes. I guess people need a shot of caffeine after losing the rent money :-)

Other than the hours, there is nothing particularly special about the store but the lobby is clean (especially after recent remodel) and the staff is friendly.
