Today I walk in to buy a couple of cake pops, I pull out my phone to open the starbucks app I have about $10 in the card on the app. Once I open the app my phone died!!!!! So the worker Pays for me!! She said "it's the Holidays got to help people out" "I said are you sure" she says "yes" So the worker buys me my two cake pops that I ordered. I'm going to go back & buy her a drink & a cake pop. THANK YOU!! I OWE YOU ONE!!!

Horrible customer service , very rude and definitely not ran like a regular Starbucks. Employees act superior to customer, can even put my own creamer in. I even had to contact corporate office. Can’t believe they act this rude. When coffee is not fresh, they refuse to give you a fresh one.

If I could give less than one star I would.
Yesterday we came here to get some coffees , and the girl, Tiffany who took our order was extremely rude . I literally didn’t know what to say to her, I had never been treated so badly at a Starbucks.
She had an attitude to start with and I thought hey maybe she is having a bad day and let it go .
I walked away after ordering and I realized they didn’t have spoons out and needed to remove the whipped cream. We stepped up to the counter again as she had not taken the next customer and asked for a spoon to which Tiffany responded ‘ can I get my next customer first ‘ and I responded I just wanted a spoon and she goes ‘can I take the next customer ?’ Again with an attitude and was rolling her eyes . Her body language and attitude was so rude and asked me to move aside . How long does it really take to get me a spoon and I was not being rude at all . She made me feel embarrassed in front of all the other customer the way she was talking to me . I will not go back to that Starbucks .

It was early afternoon the place was dirty and messy from the floors to the counter tops. There was very little stock on the shelves
My drinks came 15 minutes apart with the second drink made wrong.
There were 5 employees working behind the counter.
THIS STORE DOES NOT DESERVE AN "A" RATING

The cashier was so impolite when I specifically told him I was going to pay with my card. Would not come back.

The worst Starbucks I've ever been to! Clearly these barista need more training. They could use some customer service training for sure.

Starbucks is a sanctuary for coffee lovers. The pour-over I had was an exquisite blend of flavors, and the barista's passion was evident. It's my new coffee sanctuary.
