This is my FAVORITE Starbucks location!! The are super friendly and super fast!!! Im there just about EVERY MORNING, they knw me by name and my order. Derek and Louie are Super!!

The staff is courteous and friendly. My order is usually mobile since it's not my usual location. So far I am pleased with the service. My order is ready when I get there. I have no complaints.

I don't understand the hype around Starbucks. The coffee was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The service was slow, and I felt like I was forgotten in the corner of the 9208 Flair Drive, 1A, El Monte, California 91731 location.
