This is my FAVORITE Starbucks location!! The are super friendly and super fast!!! Im there just about EVERY MORNING, they knw me by name and my order. Derek and Louie are Super!!

The staff is courteous and friendly. My order is usually mobile since it's not my usual location. So far I am pleased with the service. My order is ready when I get there. I have no complaints.

I had a terrible experience at Starbucks. The coffee was served cold, and the staff at the 9208 Flair Drive, 1A, El Monte, California 91731 location were rude and inattentive. I won't be giving it another chance.

My experience at Starbucks was subpar. The espresso was bitter, and the atmosphere felt rushed. It's not the kind of coffee shop where you can savor your drink.
