I had high hopes for Starbucks, nestled in the heart of 3308 N Dinuba Blvd, Visalia, California 93291, but left feeling underwhelmed. The ambiance was promising, with local art on the walls and a live band setting up. However, the coffee, which should be the star of the show, was mediocre.
