Well the Asian fella spelled pasto as my name. The girls who usually help me said sorry for it. I watch the homeless man steal all the sugar from the container, then I watch him open he drawer and pull out more sugar. That was hilarious

Good service, good atmosphere. I had hoped to make this my regular Starbucks because it's usually quiet, but I just overheard all of the staff insulting my college and students of my college, and I no longer feel welcome here. Chapman University folks, be aware, apparently several members of the staff don't like us.

For a Saturday, just before noon, the wait for the drive thru was extremely long - 25 minutes!

The pumpkin latte was good, but the best was the pumpkin scone!

Twice in less than a month my order somehow didn't get made when I went through the drive-thru ... they took my order but didn't put it through the register for the baristas to know to make it for whatever reason

Why are the various Starbucks locations all so different from each other: When I am at the Mainplace Mall in Orange, California, the Starbucks barista always gives me a complimentary plate of goodies, and something I would not have thought to try to drink, it's charming and so I always stop by if I have time before a movie. Yet, at the Starbucks on Katella at Struck, in Orange, the Barista, Alejandro, calls the police and screams at me that he is going to have me arrested for not ordering fast enough, even after I have ordered, and he sits down at my table, even if I have clients sitting with me, talking confidentially about their legal case. Last week when the police showed up they asked me if he is on drugs, I said, meth probably, he looks like he is on meth, he screams at me from the second that I walk in the door, like he is on meth, and he sits at my table motor mouthing like he is on meth, regardless of the fact that I have asked him ten times, Please Don't Do That, I am busy with clients. My sister's law firm spends thirty grand per year on Starbucks for the staff. There is a Starbucks on every corner, which is why Corporate does not care when or if you order, because you will have a chance to order somewhere else, where ever you are there is a Starbucks. Alejandro screams, to the police, "She is in here when we are at our busiest and she never orders! The police asked me, "is it ever actually busy here?" I answered, "Not in the five years that I have been coming here." They looked at my receipt and my change, I explained, I made four billion dollars last year, if I am not ordering for me, I am ordering for clients, and I don't recall every not ordering anything at all, but I get here at three thirty, Alejandro leaves at four, maybe he does not see me order, maybe I am still on my computer doing my email when he leaves. They said that they will arrest him for harassing me if he calls them again.

Starbucks at 1627 West Katella Avenue, Orange, California 92867 is a coffee lover's paradise. From the moment I stepped inside, the intoxicating aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans enveloped me. It was a sensory delight that set the stage for what turned out to be an exceptional coffee experience. I opted for their house blend, and I was blown away by the depth of flavor. The coffee had a perfect balance of brightness and richness, and it left a lingering, pleasant aftertaste. It was evident that the beans were sourced with care, and the barista's skill in brewing them was undeniable. The ambiance at Starbucks was equally impressive. The café was bathed in soft, natural light, making it an ideal spot for a leisurely morning coffee or a quiet afternoon of work. The minimalist décor and comfortable seating added to the overall charm. What truly stood out, though, was the friendly and attentive staff. The baristas were not only skilled in their craft but also passionate about coffee. They were more than happy to chat about the different brewing methods, offer recommendations, and even share anecdotes about the origins of the coffee beans. Starbucks is more than just a coffee shop; it's an experience. Whether you're a coffee connoisseur or simply in search of a cozy, welcoming spot to enjoy a cup of joe, this place has you covered. It has earned a permanent spot on my list of favorite coffee spots, and I can't wait to return.
