Little red headed guy wasn't listening and screwed the order up...then had attitude when I asked him to fix it.

Ordered in drive thru and asked for no whipped cream. Get to the window and of course it has whipped cream so I pulled aside and went inside to have it remade. The kid wanted to scoop off the whipped cream(which loses some of the drink along with it) and I asked him again to make me a new one. He then proceeded to scoop off most of the whipped cream and shook the drink to mix in the remaining. Then he asked me again with an attitude if I STILL wanted my drink remade. "Don't bother" was my reply and I left since clearly the $5 I paid wasn't enough to get my drink as ordered.

I wandered into Starbucks at 2705 Teller Rd, Newbury Park, CA 91320, USA and ordered a cappuccino. It was decent, nothing to write home about. But the real star here is the ambiance – cozy, like your grandma's living room. If you're into nostalgia and coffee, this place is your jam.

I had high hopes for Starbucks, but my visit to their location in 2705 Teller Rd, Newbury Park, CA 91320, USA left me underwhelmed. The coffee was average, and the service was slow. Not sure if I'll be back.
