I love this Starbucks Lashavna is so nice she has an excellent sense of humor she never makes a bad drink and the pastries are so good. A++++

Tried to order a Smores Frap (Like the Sign next to me) and the Lady said they do not have it? So I said why would you have a sign of an item you don't sell? She was very rude and said "we don't have control of that" This still makes no sense to me or any of the other Customers in the store?

Not too welcoming and friendly but they were pretty fast considering the amount of drinks they had to make

Took forever and then made my drink wrong. I just kept it because I didn't have time to wait another 10 minutes to remake it. How do you screw up a white chocolate mocha and replace it with a regular mocha? By not paying attention to what you're doing, that's how. Btw the mocha was disgusting, thanks for nothing!

Today I was waiting in the Starbucks drive true. Suddenly an older lady cut the line front of me. There was seven other car behind me. I honk the horn and she gave look at me. I went in the Starbucks store and told the story to the manager. She told me this is normal and she can't do anything about it. I see you guys don't give shit about your customers. You just want make money. This happen at Starbucks located between Arden ave and How ave in Sacramento California. I am really disappointed.

Actually service wasn't the problem, my purse was stolen there over the weekend. It was seemingly turned in after all my $$$ was taken out.
