I have mixed feelings about my experience at Starbucks at 180 N. Coast Hwy, Laguna Beach, California 92651. On one hand, the latte was superbly crafted, with intricate latte art that was almost too beautiful to drink. However, the wait time was longer than expected, and the prices were a bit steep.
