Not a great experience. Very quiet. Staff messed up both of our orders. Two Venti black ice teas with 2 sweeters.

I loved the ambiance. The staff were very engaging and helpful. Loved the "Jamaican" music in the background ... and that's coming from a "white" Jamaican.

Dear Starbucks Barista, if you are going to take my name then not use it, Call out my drink that you made wrong, fix it (or at least say that you did) and not call the drink out so i stand there for 5 minutes, please dont be rude when i kindly ask of my drink was corrected. In fact you should probably apologize, since it was your mistake in the first place. This location is such a hit or miss with service. Today was a total miss.

Had $2.00 on Wall Street Journal newspaper weekend edition but did not honor their price. Neither did they change the price to stop their deception. Also could not sell me any pastries because they didn't know what lemon cake was. Lastly, did not fill my cup to the brim and put whip cream which I did not order. Worst Starbucks experience ever!!!

This is one of the better Starbucks in the area to hangout. Got a very relaxed feel to it, and I often see most people deep in work!!
Service can be a bit slow at times, but go for it if you are looking for a Starbucks and a bit more than just coffee..

So much for collecting Starbucks stars.. Instead of uploading $20 on my app and then charging me $5 as I asked the employee put $15 on my card. Do you realize that the app is a loyalty program?!
