I caught a bit of a crunch and had to wait for 15 minutes to get my cup of Joe. Otherwise, the friendly service and the end product were their usual high value experience.

Nice ambience and friendly staff. Can be hard to find a place to sit when students come to study here and stay for hours. Otherwise it's a great location.

Lots of seating inside and outside. One of the more pleasant Starbucks that I've been to.

Of the 40+ Starbucks locations in the Bay Area that I've tried, this store definitely stands out as the best, and it's easily my favorite to frequent.

• Incredible Staff - The employees are always genuinely friendly, charismatic, attentive, and professional. On the very rare occasion an order is filled incorrectly, they take responsibility, apologize sincerely, and make things right. A big shout-out to Kevin, Sergey, Jo-Jo, & Little Bear's mom. Together, they're a well-oiled machine and make tackling the morning rush seem so easy.

• Great Facilities - Especially after recent renovations, this location boasts an ample amount of various seating options (indoors and out-) for large groups lounging and chatting the time away, individuals quietly working on their laptops, and everyone in between (pets and kids, too). The bathroom is always clean, well-stocked, and maintained often.

Again, a 5-star place with a 5-star crew. I always look forward to starting my day here.

An exceptionally designed Starbucks. Part of their R* launch locations. Great menu items, great bar and lounge setup. Fast service, super clean.

The layout is very open and relaxed. Tons of seating and comfortable chairs and setting all around. The staff is friendly, but not overbearing. They always have staff cleaning the tables and sweeping. A very good starbucks!

Barista had no clue how to take orders, couldn't hear, and I don't stutter... Might as well do a mobile order and skip the idiot show..
Wow, can't even make a cappuccino... That was a latte, thanks, there IS a difference

Usually pretty crowded, especially during the school year when the students get there before and after school. Not a problem, just time your visit.

Easy access, good seating space and all else you can get at a Starbucks.

So after visiting here quite often for the past year this is what I have found. This Starbucks is probably one of the most constantly full one's I have seen, as from sun up to sun down the place is full of customers. They are known to sometimes give out baked goods at night, but don't bank on it since I have gone at closing before and the General Manager was there so they didn't give any. Other than that they are generally very nice.
