BEWARE OF DRIVE THRU!!! This location didn't give me back my debit card. I left from there and went Thanksgiving grocery shopping just to realize I had no card. What a embarrassing inconvenience. I ripped my car apart looking for it. No luck I cancelled my card then decided to call the last place I used it and long before they had it. Smh. I talked to the manager at 9pm and told them, I will pick it up in the morning. She (Megan I think) said it will be there safe. After the hassel of cancellation and not having my card I finally make it up there and they acted like I left my card and it was my fault. Manager said I was suppose to come the night before. I have a infant and already been inconvenience several times over. Insulted by the fact that they didn't want to apologize for my inconvenience with a cake pop, and I'm upset at this point they gave me a tall drink....smh. I'm glad I cancelled my card because as far as I'm concerned they could have photograph my card and tried to go on a shopping spree online with my card. I did not leave it, they kept it. Yes my fault for not realizing until my next purchase, but they can't treat me like it was my fault alone and not apologizing for my inconvenience is why I'm taking the time to review this location. Although the young lady at the drive thru was very sweet and sorry, the manager was not.
The supervisor and the lady who redid my frappula drink tonight we're so nice ! Even the guy who took my order t the drive thru. They all have such great customer service!!! This is the only Starbucks I will ever go to now, even tho I have 2 that are closer to me . Not only do they make amazing drink that taste better than other Starbucks their service is above anyone else! Thank u guys , keep doing a great job!!
Love there coffee also if you get their gift card and register it you get points and on your birthday get free coffee too
The employees are more interested in laughing and joking then actually servicing the customers. Multiple times I've been here where the drinks are sitting on the bar half finished or not started while employees are laughing and joking making the customers wait.
Friendly service , doesn't make you feel embarrassed when you do not know the names of drinks and sizes. Also pretty darn quick. As soon as I sat my butt on the seat my drink was already served. 👍
Great atmosphere as always. Love the fall pastty selection. The Madeline pumpkin spice is delicious.
Even though there was a very long line at the drive thru, they were quick to serve. They also gave me puppercinos for my dogs which they totally enjoyed. The service was very friendly.
I like this Starbuck' s drive thru. There is always a long line during their busy hours but it goes quickly. The baristas are very friendly.
One of the best Starbucks in town hands down. Great service, very friendly staff, very quick with your order, and their open pretty late..
Horrible customer service! We were in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Too bad that the way it's set up, you're trapped or else we would've left. When we were finally able to order, we drive up to the intercom and there was complete silence for about a minute and then we hear, "Order when you're ready", I order my first drink and the employee then replied, " What else do you want?". When we were almost at the window the employee was having an argument with car in front of us. After about 5 minutes, a different employee came out to control the situation. When we finally got our drinks, they were made incorrectly!! Too bad I cant give zero stars. Here's some advice for the employee named JEANETTE, a simple "hello" or "thank you" or even apologizing for the wait makes a HUGE difference.
I wait 20 minutes in the drive thru on friday night.
The Baristas there are probably inexperienced my drinks are usually not good and relatively expensive. The drive through takes forever, everything is expensive, and the employees forget things, I got a frapachino yesterday and woke up with a terrible sore throat... thanks alot Starbucks!!
The level of customer service and professionalism given regarding my generation (18-35) is deplorable😓. I personally apologize for these incompetent young and ungrateful twits that are at the windows and floors of restaraunts, stores and etc,, these days. Since your manager most likely has the similar level of professionalism as you here is how you take care of customers in the drive- thru when they drive up: (1) Open the window and greet the customer nicely, tell them their tender and then collect it (* DON'T LEAVE the customer there with their window rolled down and yours closed and ignore them until their order is ready. This is rude!*) (2) Give them an update if their order is taking long intstead of laughing and smirking when their expression changes because their uninformed (3) Make sure you give them enough straws, forks, and whatever they ask for. (4) Tell them to have a good day, evening or to take care. (5) NEXT ORDER. How simple is that?! A job is a job and be more grateful because many Americans can barley find one 👍.
Very, very slow drive thru. I felt as though I could have been served six time faster inside. The view of the valley from the drive thru line was quite nice, though.
