No problems. Great & speedy service and of course great staff.

To customers:

Be mindful Notre Dame HS is across the street. Students flock here at lunch. So around 1115/1130 this place is swamped- if your looking to save time order ahead of time on the App and come in and just pick up your order.

Enjoy the caramel macchiato or the white chocolate mocha... Hot or cold the drinks are made just right. The pastries are delicious and if you like they can be warmed. The breakfast sausage eggs and cheese sandwich are yummy. I like the environment of your outside sit down sites. Also the indoors Ambiance is lovely. Whether you are sitting down reading a book, enjoying the soft music, bringing along your laptop and working on a project or just sitting chatting with a friend this is a nice place to do all of these things. A very professional and nice team.

Slow service and not happy with the drink. It took over 25 minutes in the drive thru and their drive thru only holds 9 cars. My drink had too much ice in it and I have had significantly better drinks at other locations. I won't be returning.

Parking is bad during peak times so we usually do mobile orders and get in and out. They usually don't make mistakes. It's better to come to this location in non-peak hours.

The service is very poor & I get the same drink every morning & every time it tastes different. I constantly have to tell them to fill up the drink adding whipped cream shouldn't give me 3/4 of a drink. Other locations seem to get it right they don't. Today I was told just come into the cafe really that makes no sense. The drinks cost too much to be b hit & miss daily

Very slow service. I made a mobile order from 10 minutes away, and still waited 10 minutes to get my Teavana tea. No apologies, and worst of all, it wasn't even busy. I was made to feel like a nuisance. Fortunately, there are two other Starbucks within a mile from here, and they both have great service and quality. Always seem to be problems at this particular location.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Riverside. The staff is extremely friendly and they actually remember you when you are a repeat customer. They make you feel like family and their drinks are always perfect!!

They just can't get any order right. You really have to try hard to mess up a black coffe! I've finally gave up on this location. The extra 5 minutes drive to the next Starbucks is well worth it. Its disappointing, I saw their customer service improving. But it's pointless if you don't drive off with what you ordered.

In the heart of Arlington area. Excellent service. Monday- Friday around 3pm high school kids there very busy. You may want to go to Starbucks at Hardman center about 1/2 mile west. Otherwise they are very quick here and staff VERY friendly.

This place is crazy busy in the morning and has very little seating. The better bet is Kramer's coffee in the Brockton Arcade. The prices are the same and the location is way better. Kramer's does not have a drive through though.
