My boyfriend ordered me a Carmel frappe soy tall no whip cream but the lady gave us a mocha instead ..took it back and spoke with the manger he replaced it with no issues no hassle and upgraded me to grande ...great experience

my experience, so-so. The drink I got was WATERY but they remade it for me Without Any Questions! Nice service! Wow!

Just moved to Hemet a few months ago and the drive is a bit longer to get to work so i been stopping here atleast once or twice a week in the morning. I know crazy i shouldnt make that my excuses to stop here so often since before i would hardly stop at Starbucks.

The staff here are friendly but if you stop in the morning note that you will be there for 10-15minutes since the line is always crazy long. You might also get your food cold since this has been the 3rd time i get my bacon gouda cold. It sucks so make sure that if you order anything warm you feel the middle before driving off.

Ps am done stopping here i will definitely try to just wake up a little earlier to make me a warm breakfast.

Drive thru busy but move fast, good service comfortable seating, good environment, like varity coffee.

This is the worse Starbucks I have ever been. I asked for a decaf skinny vanilla Frappuccino it was all syrup and no coffee. It was disgusting. She made for me again, still disgusting. It's foamy, and thin.

Great place to buy the Starbucks gifts for your coffee lover friends... or Lover :p there is a really good amount of space inside to sit down for a spell and enjoy your coffee and crusaunt... ♡

This place is ideal for coffee drinkers of all types, i recommend if u have time to go inside taking advantage of the free WiFi /charger ports and enjoying the fine artwork, but if not the drive through is a nice feature.

I had high hopes for Starbucks, but it fell short. The coffee tasted bitter, and the slow service at the 2350 W. Florida Avenue, 1A, Hemet, CA 92545, USA location left me frustrated. I'm uncertain if I'll return for another try.
