I hit up Starbucks - Highland & 30Th in 1860 Sweetwater Rd A-1, Sweetwater Town & Country, National City, California 91950 and tried their caramel latte. It was sweet like a summer romance, and the barista was like a coffee wizard. The only downside? The seats were as hard as my ex's heart. Bring a cushion if you plan to stay a while!

My visit to Starbucks - Highland & 30Th was a mixed bag. The cold brew was fantastic, but the pastries were a letdown. They need to step up their pastry game to match the quality of their coffee.
