Great Rubin sandwich! Staff is courteous and friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone.
I use to go to the old location for over 10 years. When they moved to this location, I checked it out but was disappointed. I heard that there was a grand opening recently, so my wife and I decided to check it out. We tried the Club Jimmy, Classic Reuben, with chips, and a side of pasta salad. My wife enjoyed the Club Jimmy and said that it was delicious. I took a bite and it tasted pretty good. I could really taste the sweet ham. The Classic Reuben was perfect. The pasta salad tasted good but it was dry. Afterwards, I noticed that they have Wildgoose coffee. I ordered a quad shot (2 double shots of espresso) and some iced black tea to chase it down. The quad shot got the job done and the iced black tea was refreshing. It has a cool vibe in here. They have free Wi-Fi available here. We definitely will be coming back.
Owner was extremely rude, impatient and unprofessional. We called to ask some questions about the menu and we were treated like a nusance and an annoyance.
We were going to order a large order and possibly more future orders but I think we will take our company's money elsewhere. I suggest others do the same.
Slow service but good food
One of the nicer delis in town. Their outdoor courtyard is nice and relaxing. The food here is good, nothing truly life altering though. I feel all their food is significantly overpriced. I typical meal: sandwich, side, and drink will cost you about $15.
Went here for the first time and it is delicious... just wish it had a more visible location. The staff is friendly and atmosphere is great
Their black bean burger is yummy! Plenty of seating and they have wifi! Staff was friendly every time I visited. Street parking only.
Great breakfast and pretty good prices!
Great service and easy sit down lunch spot. Great for meeting friends and clients.
They refused to help my friend who has muscular dystrophy and is a long time customer. We were sad since we thought they closed but discovered they moved to the Citibank building. Went to check them out, knew they were closing since it was around 4, but we wanted to see the new location. As we were leaving, my friend's legs gave out. I tried helping but he just couldn't get enough support. We spotted some chairs they had stacked up outside. There were 2 employees still inside and one of them (a lady) came out. I asked if we could borrow a chair for a minute so my friend with muscular dystrophy could use it for support. She looked over and saw him and refused since she was about to leave soon. I kept asking trying to explain but she still refused. My friend had to drag himself down the stairs, across the sidewalk, and onto a bench. We were both extremely pissed off that such a cherished establishment would be so callous and unconcerned towards long time customers and a fellow human being.
They're as soulless as the bank they've moved into and they've lost our business and goodwill. Plenty of other businesses nearby that have great food and see people as human beings rather than inconvenient potential revenue sources.
