Superb commercial/top culinary crossover store with casual dining. It's not really industry, but it's fun.

Too bad they are going out of business. It was convenient for me to drop I for hard to find goods and equipnent... but always too pricey. Great staff and customer service. Everything right now is 50% off. Including store fixtures and shelves.

the kitchen supply area has plenty of options and variety...
prices... not always the nicest.
the coffee shop has interesting eating options...

Great place for the enthusiast and the restauranteur alike!
Features many hard to find high-end ingredients and restaurant grade utensils and equipment.
Cooking classes and a sandwich shop make it a great place to visit even if you're not buying.

It's a mix of restaurant equipment and gourmet food items. The vibe is midway between an industrial restaurant supply store and Sur La Table.

There's also a little cafe attached to it.

Great kitchen supply shop. Everything you need for baking, BBQ, hosting parties. There is a deli and coffee shop on the premises.

Small cafe-vibe with excellent food choices, and interesting flavor pairings.

Restaurant quality pots and pans that will last forever as well as gourmet products - one of my favorite places to be.

Participated in a baking/cake decorating class. It was so much fun and the cakes we made were delicious...included easy to follow recipes. Chef Stefanie and her helpers are a great group.

Surfas Culinary District at 3975 Landmark St, Culver City, CA 90232, USA has a modern, almost industrial vibe that's quite different from your typical coffee shop. I ordered a latte, and while the presentation was Instagram-worthy, the flavor was just not there. It tasted burnt, and the milk was scalded.
