The mixed berry cake is my favorite - I can never get enough. I took one star off because the service leaves something to be desired, but the cakes are all BEAUTIFUL and taste amazing!

Pricy but soooooo good. They are pretty popular so if you’re looking to order something for the holidays call WAY ahead of time. Like 3 weeks or more to be safe.

My favorite neigborhood location for pies and cakes. My favorite is their blueberry pie. Delicious. Pies are so popular that There is always a line. The friendly staff is always helpful.

The best baked goods!!! My faves: English Trifle, Dulce de Leche cake, classic chocolate cake, Italian wedding cake, Princess cake...everything is good! They also have amazing deep dish pies. All servings are huge and can last you for days, unless you agree to share! :-)

I'm a regular patron of this place..My wife and I meet our friends and family here and genuinely come here for the service and food (great bakery and excellent food.) Excellent place for breakfast, lunch or a late night nosh too. Ask for Ken if you have a problem.. He is THE Best 'General Manager' in the Restaurant Business! Enjoy!

I had absolutely terrible experience of service this last time I came there! In the last couple of years I went there several times and every time I had a bad vibe from the couple of waiters that are taking the order. I want to make it clear: they were not the people that normally bring the food to the table. These are the couple of guys that always are very short and impatient when they take an order.
That last time I was there with my son. My meal came first and we kept waiting for my son's order. After waiting more than 15 min ( by this time I finished my meal!) I asked how much longer do we have to wait for his meal. The guy was very short with me and said that I "should be patient and wait". I felt that this was not a right way to treat the customer by teaching the patience and I said that he could of said it a bit nicer. He never apologized and obviously he didn't feel sorry for the fact that the order was late. I asked him for his name and he gave me one long and nasty look and said " I won't give you my name!" I later found out that his name was Juan. We eat out very often but I have to say that I haven't had this type of experience in years! I will not go to this place again and it is unfortunate because I really liked the pastries there.

Taste is good but is on a bit expensive side. Lots of variety to choose from. Love the tripple berry cake and chocolate cake. I would definitely recommend it.

It feels a tad pricey til you see the portion sizes & experience the quality of what this bakery offers. I visit here every time I'm nearby. SLJ made my wedding cake & folks are still talking about it & craving more 6 years later!!

Me and my wife love this Bakery! We found it during our search for wedding pies (since we're not huge fans of cake) and returned a year later for the lunch menu on our anniversary. The pies are deep-dish, and deeply decadent. You can return the pie tins for a $10 rebate! The lunch was great too. We plan on making this place our tradition. Nothing like sweet cherry pie to strike a romance!

Super fresh sandwiches and one of the best cake places I've been to. A slice of cake to go makes my day better.

I like taking a drive to Santa Monica and walking around this quaint neighborhood and grabbing a cupcake and iced coffee at Sweet Lady Jane Bakery. They have quite an extensive menu for a bakery. Love it!

Excellent pastry and sweet goodies. All food I have had has been really tasty. I go nearly every week for breakfast and it is the best around. Coffee very good and scones the best around. Beautiful cakes and other desserts. Super creative and all good flavor. My friend and I usually split a custom egg scramble with rosemary toast and house made orange marmalade. Can't go wrong.
