Sweetspot at 1675 Hilltop Drive, Redding, CA 96002 is my new caffeine sanctuary. The pour-over I tried was brewed to perfection, hitting all the right notes. The café's rustic charm and dim lighting make it a cozy hideout. The staff here is so passionate about coffee that they practically recite love sonnets to every bean. I'm hooked!

I had high hopes for Sweetspot, but sadly, it fell short of my expectations. The coffee tasted burnt, and the prices were quite high for what was offered. I left with a sense of disappointment and doubt whether I'd return.
