He is still looking!!! Connections to Success reached out yesterday and said if someone had a car to donate they could donate it through Connections To Success for the tax write of and they would make sure it goes to him.
Or .....
... Seeking someone that would hold the note and allow him to make payments until it’s paid off something around $3000-$4000.

We sometimes forget about this place but we ate there last night and it was excellent, as usual. Plus healthy! I had a shrimp bowl and Denis had a beef bowl with an egg. If you haven't been, you pick your meat, veggies, sauce and starch (rice, noodles, potatoes). They cook it up and bring it to you. Yum yum

Tried it for the first time last night and I WILL be back. I love that each meal is completely customizable, there are specific menus for specific diets/restrictions, the staff is so friendly and helpful... oh and the food is sooo yummy! And there was plenty of it.

This was really a great experience. I'm on a ketogenic diet because, well, look at me. As soon as I mentioned this to the woman at the register, she pulled out a menu that matched my eating requirements immediately. The food was fast. The food was hot. The food was TASTY.



You have an hour for lunch? You want to eat healthier? GO HERE!

The food is great! I have eaten there twice and was happy both times with what I ordered. In the future I’ll try to remember to bring earbuds and my own to go container though. Whatever music streaming service they use plays obnoxious and loud commercials every 3-4 songs. It’s suuuper annoying. And the only takeout containers they have available are the wax-lined paper boxes. I was assured they’re just fine for my brothy leftovers, as long as I kept it upright. Unfortunately, there’s not a single level spot in my car, so I did my best to balance the container on the center console and hold it while I drove. With every bump and turn, the broth leaked out of the corners and totally soaked the container. Thankfully I put the container in a plastic bag, so all the liquid that pooled in the bottom didn’t wind up getting all over the place. I’m certainly not encouraging them to switch to disposable plastic containers, because there’s enough plastic in landfills and the ocean as it is. Just know that the portion sizes are large, so come prepared and bring your own container!

Symbowl is an experience into real food with real people. Like a naked version of life with all the artificial adornments dropped away. It's a must eat often kinda home town cooking without grandma's grease. You'll love it and your body will love you.

My whole family loves going here! My kids, 2 & 3, think the juices are a "treat" and think it's cool that they are drinking fruits & veggies! I take them every time one of them gets the sniffles just to boost their immune system! My husband and I always rave about the food and it's so nice, as a vegetarian, to have somewhere we both can agree on!! Portions are big enough that 2 orders feed all four of us with some leftovers!! LOVE this place and so excited that they are doing so much expanding! ��������

Love my Extra Chicken Sym Bowl with broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, rice noodles, and teriyaki sauce. So much food that there's always enough for a second meal. Delicious and healthy! And the staff always makes me feel like an old friend, though we have just met three times!

Just ate here for the first time today. I had the chicken, onions, mushrooms, spinach, carrots, spicy miso and yaki, and zucchini noodles. It was ABSOLUTELY delicious (and healthy). You need to try this, eating healthy can taste great!

I’ve been going to Symbowl for a couple years now and it’s the best. Symbowl has outstanding quality food with flavorful sauces and dressings, and there are options for all preferences and all diets. Today I tried the sunflour wrap option for the first time as well as the coco-tini (blueberry) and I was amazed by how good they were. I’ve never once been disappointed coming here.

I love Symbowl! I am an AIP customer and they are always careful with my order. I love being able to get a great bowl of food that fills me up/feeds me for two meals for a relatively decent price. I eat the beef even tho they do not label it AIP appropriate and have no troubles. The smoothies to me are just ok and only indulge every so often. Thank you guys for serving us with grace & good food!!

I changed my diet about 5 years ago now to especially picky paleo. Symbowl is the only cafe in the STL area serving meat that I trust... And it's real good. I highly recommend the bone broth & sweet taters.

Hard to find find good vegetarian options in Kirkwood/Webster, but this place hits the spot. Plenty of options for meat lovers too, but my favorite is a rice noodle bowl with Tofu and lots of veggies. I did like the fountain soda options the used to have, but the house made teas are great too. Place gets very busy around lunch time, so plan accordingly.

First time customer experience was 5 stars. During lunch hours ordering and wait time were quick. They offer the right amount of options for food and for a fair price. The flavor and comfort of what I anticipated eating was spot on. My favorite part was knowing I was eating a nourishing meal and I love that you can order a delicious cup of bone broth to go!

Daughter and I had bowls and to start they were big, enough for two meals in my opinion, we both took home a full carry out box. I had the green curry and garlic chili broth and it was so good, just enough spice for a soup. Daughter had spicy miso and yaki broth and it was also very good. Would love if there was a location closer to me in IL but it is worth me coming back from time to time for the food. Also had one of their candy bars and it was YUMMY
