So, I hit up Tapioca Express at 1707 Decoto Road, Union City, CA 94587, and I gotta say, their iced mocha is the stuff of dreams. It was like coffee and dessert in one cup. The place had a cozy feel with bookshelves and board games—perfect for a lazy afternoon.

I'd like to give a shoutout to the incredible staff at Tapioca Express located at 1707 Decoto Road, Union City, CA 94587. Not only did they craft a beautiful latte with intricate latte art, but their passion for coffee was contagious. It made my visit truly memorable.
