If you're ever in 54 East Washington Street, Petaluma, CA 94952, you've got to check out Taps. Their cortado was a tiny cup of espresso perfection. The café had a cozy, European café vibe with sidewalk tables and acoustic guitar tunes. A romantic spot for coffee and conversation.

Taps on 54 East Washington Street, Petaluma, CA 94952 was a quaint little spot with a lot of character. The coffee was good, not great, but the homemade muffins were divine. The place had a cozy, lived-in feel that made me want to sit and read for hours. The staff were nice, but they seemed overwhelmed with the orders.
