I had high expectations for Tcup Cafe, but my recent visit to the 1021 10th Street, Modesto, CA 95354 location was underwhelming. The coffee was mediocre at best, and the ambiance lacked the cozy charm I had heard about. I'm not sure if I'll be returning anytime soon.
