Has a new, even longer menu of Chinese food, Taiwanese snacks, and flavored tea drinks, including some with boba (tapioca balls). But the thing to know is that the lady can cook so their dishes are fantastic!
Amazing place. I come here a lot with my dad since we are Chinese. The staff here speak Chinese and English, and the food is a mix from Taiwan and China. One type of food that I like is the 卤肉饭 because it has a freshly prepared pork and a great 卤蛋. Recently, they changed the menu items to hot pot because of the new ownership here. Even the new things are great at this place. They also have free wifi, which is located on the chopstick and spoon holders at each table. Overall, I like the atmosphere here!
Good authentic Taiwanese food! Good place to have a bite to eat! Good place to hangout with friends! They have a variety of tea product drinks. Free Wi-Fi too!!
Love their popcorn chicken! And their milk teas are delicious!
always come here for pop corn chicken and some other Taiwanese food!
This place uses traditional Asian cuisine ingredients to produce flavors that are palatable and socially acceptable to the Western community. The Taiwanese food equivalent of an "ABC." I would suggest getting the steamed baos (a few off the menu) if you are indecisive, and would like to try a variety. The baked, if you have a worked up appetite.
1. Authentic and delicious Taiwanese food
2. Warm service
3. Accepts credit card (as most Chinese restaurants don't)
I'm a Taiwanese who travels frequently to the States and Europe, and this is the most authentic Taiwanese restaurant I've ever tried. I've never given a review publicly on the internet, but this restaurant makes me really want to recommend to anyone in San Diego that misses home flavors or wants to have a try of Taiwanese food.
Authentic Taiwanese cuisine!!
Both the owner and waiter are all so friendly.
Foods are delicious and Boba Brown Sugar with fresh milk is so tasty!!
鹹酥雞is must-order and you can ask them for white pepper, super match!!!
I stumbled upon Tea Garden during my travels, and it was a pleasant surprise. Situated in 4633 Convoy St #107, San Diego, CA 92111, USA, this charming coffee shop is a hidden gem. The iced Americano I ordered was bold and refreshing, perfect for a warm day. The café's relaxed vibe and outdoor seating area make it a great place to enjoy a cup of joe and soak in the atmosphere. It's a spot I won't soon forget.
The vibe at Tea Garden is unmatched. The exposed brick walls and indie playlist set the mood just right. The macchiato was a work of art, and I'll be bringing all my friends here.
