I had a terrible experience at Teavana. The coffee was served cold, and the staff at the 638 The Shops At Mission Viejo, Mission Viejo, CA 92691, USA location were rude and inattentive. I won't be returning anytime soon.

The café's eclectic décor and funky music create an atmosphere that's as unique as it is inviting. Plus, the baristas were more than happy to chat about coffee geek stuff. Give it a go!

I don't quite understand the hype around Teavana. The coffee was overpriced, and the atmosphere left much to be desired. It didn't live up to the expectations, in my opinion.
