Wonderful shop which offers a huge selection of tea for all tastes.Deven was very helpful.
I am the furthest from a tea connoseur you can be, but when my family and I came in Olivia explained to us how the store was laid out and works, and described several of their products for us, as well as handling our indecisiveness amazingly.:) She was very sweet and informative! As for the store, everything was well organized and very clean, and the deliciousness of the tea and quality of the products makes them all worth the price!!
I received the best costumer service in this location out of any shop I have visited, on the evening of 29/12/16. Congratulations to the very kind, helpful, and lovely staff; and thank you for helping me find the teas perfect for me! I am extremely satisfied with the service and my purchase.
Nice and friendly people who are always there to answer any question I have and the tea is amazing!
good service, for a teavanna, poor guys dont get paid enough though. probably the best location near san diego, it's the only one that does not feel scripted :\ .
My wife and I both love Teavana. We just happened to have been in the fashion valley mall and wanted to grab a late tea. Promptly the lady in the front stated that they were closing. I understand when an establishment is trying to close shop but online it said it closed two hours later. Then after she so gratuitously let us in she restricted our menu options down to a select few. It was the more higher prices options and none of which sounded pleasant to me. All this is happening while she accosted me on her trying to close with a soulless and bloodless act. I normally don't review places but my wife and I felt the urge to share our experience.
Let me spill the coffee beans about Teavana in 7007 Friars Rd #666b, San Diego, CA 92108, USA. I was stoked to try their iced coffee, but it tasted more like watered-down disappointment. And don't get me started on the service; it was slower than a sloth on a Sunday. Not sure if I'll be back, folks.
Teavana is where I go to rejuvenate. The macchiato is heavenly, and the vintage décor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's my haven.
I stumbled upon Teavana during my morning stroll, and it was a lucky find. The cortado was a little piece of coffee perfection. The place is small but charming, and the barista was a sweetheart. A hidden gem, for sure!
I expected more from Teavana. The coffee was weak, and the pastries were stale. I won't be back anytime soon.
