Great tea, too bad it's closing. Rebecca was not nice though. Good thing the other workers were so good.

The guy filling up our Tea purposely filled the cups to the brim with ice although the lady at the register told him directly that we asked for him to go light on the ice. Its not that the drinks were bad but the fact that he purposely filled the entire cup after he was told not to is beyond me. I am not rating this location a 1 star because the lady at the cash register was still a very nice person and did not contribute to this negative experience.

I recently discovered Teavana. I have been here 4 times now and my experience has always been great. Service is very friendly and very helpful. Their selection is great. Def recommend.

I dropped by Teavana for a quick caffeine fix, but the long lines and slow service made it an exercise in patience. I expected better efficiency.

I had high hopes for Teavana, nestled in the heart of 12478 N Main St, Unit #3320, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91739, USA, but left feeling underwhelmed. The ambiance was promising, with local art on the walls and a live band setting up. However, the coffee, which should be the star of the show, was mediocre. If you're ever in 12478 N Main St, Unit #3320, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91739, USA, make sure to hit up Teavana. Their cappuccino was a frothy dream with just the right espresso kick. The café had a vintage, 1950s diner vibe with red leather booths and rock 'n' roll playing in the background. It's a coffee time machine.

My recent visit to Teavana was a letdown. The coffee was weak, and the pastries were stale. The staff seemed disinterested. I won't be returning.
