My best friend loves tea so every time we go to this mall we stop by Teavana. The workers are so friendly and explanatory about the selections they have and also offer plenty of free samples.

Went in to see what type of tea didn't have caffeine because I am caffeine sensitive but love tea. This was my first trip to this store. I asked the only worker there and he simply said only the herbal tea has no caffeine then he proceeded to go back to his work without showing me any of the herbal tea's and basically ending the conversation. He didn't try to show me where they were, or tell me anything else. Very disappointed probably won't go back.

Very friendly and professional. Always, handing out free samples. They will answer your questions and are basically experts on tea.

Cold and rainy, just window shopping. Didn't want coffee. Ah, tea! Ordered a hot scarlet jasmine to go. Whoa! Sicky sweet. Threw most of it away. However, to be fair...could have been sitting in the carafe for some time, I can't say. Or maybe it was just this particular store. Store ambience? Too commercial, like a Baskin Robins 31 flavors. Very little intimacy, coziness...for a tea store. Less than impressed. Won't try it again, not even for the convenience...which may be a big part of their problem.

Teavana at 1 Mills Cir #707, Ontario, CA 91764, USA is my sanctuary for a good reason. The espresso shots are rich and bold, just the way I like them. The attention to detail in every cup makes it worth every visit, and I couldn't recommend it more.

I was less than impressed with Teavana. The coffee was mediocre, and the ambiance at the 1 Mills Cir #707, Ontario, CA 91764, USA location didn't live up to the hype. I won't be rushing back anytime soon.

Teavana in 1 Mills Cir #707, Ontario, CA 91764, USA is a hidden treasure. The espresso I tried was the real deal—bold and punchy. The café's ambiance is cozy, with dim lighting and vintage décor. It's an excellent spot to unwind after a long day.

Teavana had me at the first sip. The caramel latte was a sweet revelation, and the friendly barista even shared some coffee trivia. A must-visit for coffee connoisseurs.
