Great! Girl made me hot tea drink (medicine ball). Later, I got a bagel toasted with cream cheese. Girl even brought it to where I was seated! Clean bathroom and clean store. Much better than other Coffee Beans I've been to!! Will come again. And wi fi worked great!

This Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf location is conveniently on Imperial Highway and near the 57 freeway in Brea. It's located near Trader Joe's with plenty of parking and a drive thru. Inside, there is ample seating and has much more inside seats than the other Coffee Bean location in Brea (which is small and doesn't have a drive thru). I've usually been able to find a seat here and I've always been satisfied with my drinks. I just wish that all Coffee Beans had a wider variety of food items to accompany their drinks.

I love that it's a coffee & TEA shop. My usual is a chai rooibos tea latte. So very good.

The place is busy but because of plenty of seating it still has a relaxed coffee house vibe.

Let's talk about The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at 2500 E Imperial Hwy #182, Brea, CA 92812, USA. Their flat white was legit. Smooth, creamy, and just the right amount of coffee kick. The place had this modern, minimalist vibe with white walls and clean lines. If you're into sleek coffee joints, this is your spot.

So, I checked out The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in 2500 E Imperial Hwy #182, Brea, CA 92812, USA, and it was a rollercoaster ride. The mocha was top-notch, but the Wi-Fi was slower than a tortoise on a tea break. If you're here to work, better bring your patience and a good book.
