Staff is friendly.
Store is confused - does it want to serve coffee or ice cream? Neither is spectacular.

Has many electrical outlets. Good for cellphones and laptops. Has open wifi.

Good coffee and friendly. Though they don't carry any heavy cream and the heaviest they have is half and half.

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf remains my top choice for coffee. The baristas consistently craft the perfect latte, and the cozy, inviting atmosphere at the 8328 Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90211, USA location makes it my sanctuary for relaxation.

The coffee at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf was good, but the service at 8328 Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90211, USA could use some improvement. While the coffee lived up to my expectations, the overall experience was marred by slow service and a lack of attentiveness from the staff.
