Staff is friendly.
Store is confused - does it want to serve coffee or ice cream? Neither is spectacular.

Has many electrical outlets. Good for cellphones and laptops. Has open wifi.

Good coffee and friendly. Though they don't carry any heavy cream and the heaviest they have is half and half.

I had high expectations for The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, but sadly, it fell short. The coffee lacked flavor, and the service was slow. It was a forgettable experience.
