Staff is friendly.
Store is confused - does it want to serve coffee or ice cream? Neither is spectacular.

Has many electrical outlets. Good for cellphones and laptops. Has open wifi.

Good coffee and friendly. Though they don't carry any heavy cream and the heaviest they have is half and half.

Just had the most incredible latte at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf! The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff at 8328 Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90211, USA made my morning. The coffee was rich and creamy, and I can't wait to come back for more. The moment I walked into The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, I was greeted with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The baristas were attentive and passionate about their craft, and it showed in the quality of their coffee.

I was expecting more from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. The iced latte was uninspiring, and the seating was uncomfortable. It's a forgettable spot in my book.
