I have mixed feelings about my experience at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® at 22915 Victory Blvd, West Hills, California 91307. On one hand, the latte was superbly crafted, with intricate latte art that was almost too beautiful to drink. However, the wait time was longer than expected, and the prices were a bit steep. I appreciated the attention to detail in their coffee-making process, but I hope they can work on their efficiency.

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® was a letdown. The coffee was weak, and the pastries were dry. I won't be returning anytime soon.
