Coffee Bean is WAY UNDERrated. They should tear down more Starbucks' and put in more Coffee Beans. Every drink, hot or cold, that I order here is perfect. I stopped going to Starbucks because I found myself disliking every drink there. My favorite at Coffee Bean is the Hazelnut Ice Blended!!

Although a mall shop, this shop has great staff who really seems to enjoy what they do. One of the last CBTLs in the area but I don't know why since their coffee is great!

The coffee was overpriced and underwhelming, and the ambiance felt more like a fast-food joint than a cozy coffee shop. I visited The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (Permanently Closed) with high expectations, but the coffee at 24155 Laguna Hills Mall, Laguna Hills, CA 92653, USA left much to be desired. I had high hopes for The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (Permanently Closed), but my experience at the 24155 Laguna Hills Mall, Laguna Hills, CA 92653, USA location was far from satisfactory. The coffee was bitter, and the service was slow. I won't be returning anytime soon.
