Quirky, busy, and totally worth hunting down a parking spot. Food is great and the the staff is better. Highly recommended.

Great food, well organized staff and highly competent. I had the turkey chili omelette, well portioned, no pretension. Just good, well seasoned chili and perfectly cooked hashed browns. My son had a lemon poppy pancake. Holy cow, that was good. Great place to eat on the orange circle

I had the most delicious sandwich. GRILLED BRIE WITH FIG SPREAD served with salad and soup. My granddaughter had the same. We both ate it all and it was a lot to eat. Our group ordered mussels with a wonderful sause. Thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

First time to visit well known Filing Station on a Friday morning for breakfast. Usually busy on the weekends so perfect opportunity to try it. Disappointing to say the least. Server stopped by once just after dropping off food, no additional checks for coffee or water refill until the bill was dropped off. Bacon and eggs had one piece of toast and it was the heel of the loaf (really? The heel) the hashbrowns were mushy but in all fairness my wife said the cheese omelet was very good. $31 bill for $20 food and service. Not planning on visiting again.

It's a good place but nothing too special. Food was good but didn't wow me. It did wow my son though. Waiting on a Sunday was too bad. Blueberry pancakes are a good choice here. Didn't like the eggs Benedict.

Fast service, seated quickly, clean restaurant and tasty food. Our server was great. We will be coming back!

One of our favorite places to go for dinner. The outside dining area is cozy, and the food is quite good.

I almost always get the bacon wrapped jalapenos, with the French Dip of Veggie Sandwich as a follow-up.

They seem to hire from the school (Chapman University), so the wait staff turns over fairly frequently, which is probably my only real criticism, the new folks have a learning curve and so sometimes we know the more than they do! But that's a minor issue most of the time, and the bus staff are there to keep things on track (they don't get enough appreciation, IMHO).

This place is also very popular for breakfast, so much so that we rarely go, as we are too impatient to wait for a table... :-)

Been here a few times for breakfast and was very pleased. All the food is very fresh and tasty! I haven't eaten lunch there but if it's anything like their breakfast then you won't be disappointed.

Filling Station's enormous menu has something for everyone - breakfasts, diner favourites, Mexican dishes, California casual foods...Prices are excellent, service is great, and the food is really comforting. Also a very dog friendly place...but watch where they put you or a pooch may get a better seat.

It's incredibly busy at the Filling Station. They do an excellent job of turning tables. My waitress was super friendly, on top of everything I needed. My Huevos Rancheros ($9) came out fast, hot and delicious. It was really big - especially for the price! A great deal.

One star off for where they seated me - in a tight pass-through looking out to the terrace through a window...tight, but the big problem was there were two busing tubs up against the window. My view was servers dumping dirty plates in the tubs. I was a solo diner - so I guess they were saving 4 tops for larger parties. I would go eat somewhere else than sit in that spot again...no matter how good it was.

I had a dinner with a friend on a clear night. we had a wonderful dinner with a view overlooking OC. the fire nearby made it warm to sit outside. the salad and the coconut shrimp exceptional. the steak was at bit more done than expected. the wine cabernet from napa was also good.

Great place to get breakfast which is served all-day long, and best time to go on a Sunday is in the afternoon if you want to avoid the morning breakfast crowd. We arrived around 2pm and there was plenty of seating. We ate on their covered patio out front which has heaters to take of the rainy day chill. Waffle was great & so was my friend's biscuits & gravy, but the breakfast potatoes were served lukewarm and got cold quickly, but the staff didn't have a problem when we returned them. Mimosa was a little pricey for quantity, but good. Will definitely go back.

Philly cheese steak. I would recommend it to anyone who like Philly cheese steaks.
Reasonable prices and great portion sizes. I enjoy service and will be visiting again soon.
