So, I ventured into The Hub ~ Coffee House & Cafe in 4364 Town Center Blvd, El Dorado Hills, California 95762, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The café had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.
