Upscale and they carry Voss water at this place for those times before 180 blu. Raya is a gourmet cuisine option. You can even catch the game here on the stools at counter and listen in with headphones.

Fireplace was crackling as hotel guests passed by carrying long boards to ride the famous waves of Salt Creek Beach. Coffee is excellent and cappuccino was of a quality I approved of.

Fresh floral arrangements throughout hotel made for a memorable experience. Rose smells lingered, as did the ocean views from The Ritz resort---highly situated on a high bluff commanding 180-degree views.

The Market Place in 1 Ritz Carlton Dr, Dana Point, CA 92629, USA is a hidden treasure. The espresso I tried was the real deal—bold and punchy. The café's ambiance is cozy, with dim lighting and vintage décor. It's an excellent spot to unwind after a long day.

I visited The Market Place with high expectations, but the coffee was disappointing. It lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for. I won't be back.
