I had high hopes for Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery, but my visit to the 1542 North Moorpark Road, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360 location left me wanting more. The coffee was subpar, and the ambiance lacked the charm I had heard about. I'm not sure if I'll return.
