So, I ventured into Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery in 1345 East Thousand Oaks Boulevard, Thousand Oaks, CA 91362, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The café had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.
