I had high hopes for Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery, but it didn't live up to them. The coffee was bitter, and the service was slow at the 1345 East Thousand Oaks Boulevard, Thousand Oaks, CA 91362 location. I'm not sure if I'll be returning.
