So, I dropped by Tin Roof Bakery & Cafe at 627 Broadway St, Ste 170, Chico, California 95928, and their cappuccino was a frothy delight with a perfect coffee-to-milk ratio. The café had a vintage, 1950s diner vibe with red leather booths and classic rock playing. It's a coffee time machine.
