At Tisane, located at 2980 East Capitol Expressway, San Jose, CA 95148, the coffee is consistently average. It's not the worst I've had, but it lacks that special something. The staff are pleasant, and the shop is clean, but with the competition out there, I think they could try to add a little flair to their brews or maybe offer some unique pastries to stand out.,Tisane,2980 East Capitol Expressway, San Jose, CA 95148
