Quick warning: the people that eat here and work are very full of themselves and somewhat pretentious. It is a very “LA” spot with a relatively large menu. Came her for breakfast with a friend and we both got the breakfast burrito and it was fantastic. A bit pricey but you will probably a celebrity or two so that makes up for it haha

Favorite place to come and eat with my BF and pup. Even though we are regulars they are super friendly always super accommodating. They are also dog friendly and always make sure my pup has a bowl of fresh water. Have been coming here for years and always the best service. And yummy food!!!

Toast made us a great breakfast. Everything was fresh and delicious. We also tried some of their puddings-in-a-jar to take home, which were outstanding. This is a great little spot and perfect for a leisurely breakfast. Loved the outdoor seating.

After I completed the task of studying the long menu, I was able to experience some very tasteful food. The place offers something for every taste and everybody leaves with a smile as the staff makes sure nothing is missing. Clearly a recommendation!

It's a cute little breakfast spot in LA. Stopped by while I was visiting. We came during peak time so there was about a 15 minute wait. The staff was super friendly and the food was pretty good. You get a good portion if food for the price that you pay. Nice place to sit outside and enjoy the weather.

A popular cafe with a large menu and good range of baked items

It's got a little bit of a "neighborhood coffeeshop" vibe with lots of different types of seating and good energy. It's possible to stop in for a quick drink, full brunch or entire afternoon.

It gets busy but in a way that makes it feel more alive and not crowded.

The food is standard comfort/brunch fare - eggs, sandwiches, soups and salads.

These guys are the best. Best service. Always great attitudes. The food is good and the vibes are even better. Food recommendation: Thai chicken salad. Fresh cut jalapenos on the side. Prepare for a tasty treat.

As most other comments already mentioned, even we had to wait in an hour long queue to get in. The food was pretty good, no complaints. But, not worth the wait, it's a little over hyped and I've been to other breakfast joins as good which haven't had that wait. The crab Benedict and chocolate crumble were the best dished we tried, we also had the salmon scramble, papa's omelette, mama's smoothie and chocolate cinnamon French toast. About $25/head for a good breakfast.

Mission Pie is a nice dessert location. I came here on a weekday evening and while I was able to find a table, it got a bit loud once people started filling in. It was hard to have a conversation and hear everything my friend was saying with others around. The atmosphere is very simple and much life a coffee shop. As for the pie, they were pretty decent. I personally like the Raspberry Pear. Definitely get your pies with ice cream.
