So, I ventured into Trio Coffee House in 38713 Tierra Subida Ave., Suite 210, Palmdale, California 91351, and their cortado was the real deal. Smooth, creamy, and full of coffee goodness. The café had this modern, industrial vibe with exposed pipes and indie rock tunes playing. Definitely a spot for the cool coffee crowd.
