I was disappointed with Urbain Tea. The latte was lukewarm, and the pastries were dry. The service could use some improvement.

I can't resist the pastries at Urbain Tea. 1590 Washington Boulevard, Fremont, CA 94539 has the flakiest croissants in town! The buttery, flaky perfection of their croissants is the ideal companion to their coffee offerings. Each bite is a delightful experience.
