I had a terrible experience at Verve Coffee. The coffee at 162 University Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94301 was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Verve Coffee managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
